- How To Have Stress Free Morning

Whether you're married with kids, a college student with three roommates, or single and living alone, mornings can be a stressful time for anyone. By setting a morning routine and adopting some new behaviors, you can distress your mornings and just maybe improve your day.
The Best thing you can do is get ready the night before. Pick out the clothes your going to wear and lay them out before you go to bed. If you have kids pick out their clothes the night before also and make your lunches.
Make a plan for breakfast. Whether it's having a bowl of cereal, stopping at dun kin donuts or making an omelets, bacon and toast, knowing what you're doing ahead of time will save time and anxiety in the morning. If you're a coffee drinker, set the timer to 5 minutes before you plan to get up so it's ready when you are.
If you like to snooze the alarm clock a couple times, take that into consideration. Set the alarm 10-20 minutes earlier so you can snooze without being late for work. If you really have difficulty, set the alarm across the room. Trust me, it works.
If mornings at your house are usually a mad dash to be the first in the bathroom, mismatched sneakers and missing homework assignments, get up 20-30 minutes before everyone else. The peace of mind that comes from having your morning coffee, in silence while you check your email, or showering without someone banging on the door, are well worth it.
