The threat due to Swine Flu is on the increase. Media is aggravating the issue by over publicity and by creating more panic. The consoling came from our own Gurujis and old people that PranaYoga would strengthen the immune system and Basil leaves (Thulasi) will reduce the ill effects and it is an incomparable medicine. Old is gold and our old ayurvedic systems have prescribed the best natural medicines. But it is the curse that anything naturally valuable in our own country will become important only if it is certified by foreign countries. Pl find some useful articles on the use of Thulasi against the swine flu.
