In August 2010, the international innovation guru, Vijay Govindarajan, along with Christian Sarkar, a marketing expert, issued a challenge in the Harvard Business Review blog to design a $300 house for the world's most desperately poor citizens.
Let us thank Vijay Govindarajan on this breakthrough thinking on tackling the issue of poverty. The response was overwhelming.
